We would like to inform you that, starting from August 1, 2025, a new revision of the “Regulations for the Use of Certificates of Conformity and Certification Marks”, code: RUCM-04, has entered into force, implementing the requirements set out in the mandatory IAF documents regarding the IAF CERTSEARCH mark.
In the new revision of the RUCM-04 regulation, specific requirements have been established regarding the use of the IAF CERTSEARCH mark, as well as the rights and obligations of companies whose management systems are certified by CertRom, including the actions to be taken in the event of identifying situations of incorrect use of this mark.
The certification body CertRom will evaluate the implementation by clients with certified management systems of the requirements regarding the use of the IAF CERTSEARCH mark during the first recertification or surveillance audit carried out starting from August 15, 2025. This aspect will be included in the audit plans.
