Regarding the certification process of the operators, according to the new Reg EU 848/2018, changes occurred to the sanctions applied to the operators, in case of non-compliance with the specific conditions for organic agriculture.
After completing the transition from Regulation (EC) no. 834/2007 to regulation (EU) no. 848/2008, in the case of operators in contractual relations with CertRom OC, additional documents will be prepared according to “annex K- Additional Document no. certification contract no. in Organic Agriculture, Code: PSQ-03-F-04 / E”, and for new operators entering the organic farming system after the transition, new contracts will be drawn up according to “annex I-certification Contract in Organic Agriculture, Code: PSQ-03-F-03″E.”
